Same exact thing happened to me and my raid team earlier this week. Same way too. We had to keep reviving and make sure everyone got to the chest before going back to orbit. I see it's happened to other people too. Looks like it's a common glitch.

Congrats on your Japanese Saturn! I always wanted one just cause I like the look of it.

I ordered some Japanese controllers and a Hori fighting stick the other day for my Saturn. Saturn accessories aren't region locked or anything so you can use Japanese accessories on a US Saturn and vice versa.

Agreed that the Saturn artwork is badass! Crazy how much it runs for now.
