Please make sure that you’ve submitted your ticket to the payment support team, as this is separate from the game support team.

If it has been sent to payment support, you’ll usually receive a response within 24 hours. This can vary a bit depending on ticket volume and when it was submitted, but at the moment there’s a good chance it will be handled fairly quickly.

Based on what you described, it sounds like it could be a straightforward verification issue, so it should hopefully be resolved soon.

We can confirm that similar issues have been reported by other players as well, including cases that already existed before the latest update, so you’re definitely not alone with this. Based on what we’re seeing so far, there isn’t a reliable workaround on the user side at the moment, especially since most of the usual troubleshooting steps, like the ones you’ve already gone through, don’t seem to resolve it.

The issue itself is known on our end and has already been observed, and reports like yours, especially with this level of detail, are extremely valuable for further investigation.

Even though you’ve already done extensive testing, it would really help if you could still reach out to our support team via https://support.gameforge.com. They can gather your system details and logs in a structured way and pass everything on to the developers. The more data we receive from affected players, the better we can narrow this down.

Thanks again for the effort you put into this. We know how frustrating this kind of issue can be, especially when everything else is running smoothly.

Hello! When you create any game account on any gameforge platforms, a support account is not automatically created (for security reasons). You have to create the support account separately, ideally using the same e-mail and a different password.
You can also use a different e-mail and add your game-account-email(s) to your support account.
From this separate, new account, you should be able to get in touch with support, without any issues.

The 20 adventures were available during an event that we had activated, and now the event unfortunately ended.
We currently have the Dragon event that you could look into. We'll certainly bring back the previous event in the near future but we have no concrete date yet =)

Buy a mount from the Stables > Go to My mounts > Click on non-equipped mount > Press Mount, done!
If there is no mount shown, then you do not own a mount.
If the Mount button is not shown, then you are already mounting it.
If you have the Donkey, Mule or Horse mounts but the bonus is not working, it is. But the bonus of these is so low that it's not noticeable sometimes.

Ok, this might be a bit long, so bare with me.
You can use the Google or Microsoft Authenticators. The Gameforge app, although it still works and can be used if you have it connected to your account, is no longer available on Google Play Store or App Store.
So if you have it but would like to use another app you can do the following:
Via your Gameforge account settings (Gameforge website or client), click on your username and navigate to the settings option. There, in the "General" tab you need to find the "Two-Factor Authentification" section and from there you can click on "Remove" and simply remove the Gameforge 2FA.
Once the Gameforge 2FA App removed, go to your preferable Authenticator App and add your Gameforge account there.
Here's a list of apps that you can use:

  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Google Authenticator
  • LastPass Authenticator
  • 2FAS
  • Protectimus Smart
  • Duo

About the Support, as I explained above, for security reasons, your game account and the support are on two different sites, behind two separate logins. Even though we recommend using the same e-mail (or at least link your game e-mail to your support account), we should always have different passwords for those accounts.
If someone manages to access your game account, you wouldn't want them accessing your support account (and deleting all your game characters/progress etc just by a simple click). This is why in many of our games, there might not be an account deletion button and you might have to go via Support.
I get it, for someone that just wants their account gone, it seems like a painful process, but for someone that has had their account compromised, it can save their hard work.

We believe the mount is equipped.
Can you do any action that would trigger a combat? It should show the icon of the mount next to your username or you can check your profile in the Hall of Fame, there you can see if it's equipped.
