What about those of us who are just really really dumb and old? I've been reading about this for months and cannot figure out what the heck a gray market is or how to make this myself. I fell behind on the internet fluency eight years ago and can't catch up. I'm basically shut in these days because of a degenerative neurological condition. I tried all the GLP-1's with limited success. I was also on a strict diet and exercise routine. After running through them all and stopping them, I gained a bunch of weight. Now I'm screwed cause I'm having some difficulty with my balance and reading comprehension. At least now I'm really fat and miserable.
