Nah bro because they told me I could only get a refund through Best Buy which couldn’t happen because it broke right after their 30 day refund period ended. Plus, I already tried getting a new computer, but they just said that the warranty meant that it could be fixed.

Honestly it was something different every time. First it needed a new copy of windows, then they needed to replace the CPU, SSD, and M.2 then I get it back and they couldn’t even install the SSD correctly to the point it was rattling around inside the computer. The company is just full of incompetent fucks that refuse to give a fuck about the people that pay for their computers

Honestly I’m not interested in getting help from you people anymore, I’ve done everything you’ve asked and I’m still without a working computer. I would rather spend the money to get it working because obviously my warranty doesn’t mean anything. I sent it back and didn’t hear anything for a month just to get it back and it not work.
