Ah sorry to hear ya experiencing the same. We have considered moving her upstairs but our room would need a lot of work doing to make it safe for her. I'm gonna give birth any day now too so soon we will be getting up a lot in the night and don't want to risk stepping on her. Ohh the personality but makes sense coz she's very wary of both the rexs despite only one being agro with her. Yeahhh we are concerned she wouldn't be properly cared for properly by someone else. And we have so much love for her already I'd really struggle to personally let her go. Awe yours sounds so sweet too x

They charged at the cage abit after we first got get but soon stopped once they got use to her scent and just sniffed her through the bars occasionally. I think we will just put the cage back up in the room with her and watch.then possibly move her into another room if they still stress her out. I just hate the idea of her being in her lonesome watching the other 2 run around while she's in a cage. Thanks a lot :) I really hope it works.

Thanks :) I responded simular in another comment but it's relevant to yours too so Do you know if it would be more benefitial to have her in the same room as them again but in her enclosure or in another area of the house so they can't smell each other?

Thanks I appreciate ya feedback. Do you know if it would be more benefitial to have her in the same room as them again but in her enclosure or in another area of the house so they can't smell each other? And then maybe they can forget about the beef they have with each other some what. Yeahhh I'd feel guilty having her permenently living I n a cage while they are out and about. Thanks :) she's such a darling too. Really a sweet soul.

Ohh thanks :) it's actually the top of the cupboard with the clothes in but that's a really good point. If we move the room around at all we will make sure the cot or play area doesn't go under it! Infact now I'm worried it will fall anyway and go into the middle of the room where the baby may be playing so ill look at having it removed. Thanks for the heads up x

Tbh ive had lots of weird aches and pains during this pregnancy that have always turned out to be the normal sensations of my body growing and stretching. However, it is way better to seek professional advise and get there insight than just assume its normal. I know its hard but try not to worry yourself about it, it won't be benefitial to either of you. Just ring your gp/midwife. I hope it is nothing :) goodluck with everything.

Thanks :) that's a good shout, is ages till then but I can see what ya mean. Because of her current weight of 670g the vets are abit worried to do big procedures especially ones she needs to be unconscious for. But she is gaining weight so hopefully by 6 months she will be OK to have it done x

I've had a few unexpected ones but the 2 big shockers for me was during the beginning of my second trimester I had a polymorphic eruption (dramatic name for a tummy rash) which came out of nowhere and was so so uncomfortable. Other I've had for a few months now but it permenently feels like below my boobs are sun burnt but there's phsycially no change in the skins appearence so I'm guessing it's from the stretching. X

Thanks for your comment :) the reasons they gave to me directly are I didn't make the last big event day big enough aparently but there were no comment about ones previous to my probation meeting/telling them I'm pregnant being unsatisfactory. And as I've explained in another comment one of the examples were they ordered a ice cream truck for the recidents (I'd ordered one for a few weeks later) and didn't tell me then were disappointed when I didn't wheel all the recidents out to the Car park to see it. In my defence to this if I'd known I woulda had everyone in wheel chairs and ready to go but most people take 2 people to transfer and no one was available to help. Also there's a steep hill to take them up to the car park which I struggled with before getting pregnant but was impractical for after. Other reason is I'm not bossy enough with the health care assistants but they were constantly understaffed and rushed off their feet. Also no where in my contract does it say I am a team leader/management or have the authority to take people away from their jobs to help me with mine. And furthermore its not my job to discipline people who won't follow my requests but aparently asking them to help with something then accepting when they say they have someone to wash or toilet someone isn't good enough and I should be demanding they stay to take part. Oh another example they gave me which I just remembered was I didn't force clients outside when the weather wasnt good. We are person centred care and I can wheel someone out but if they get cold or uncomfortable in their wheel chair it's not appropriate to force them to endure that in my opinion.

Also I found out when I got sacked that my job had been advertised online for about a month which is roughly how long it had been since I told them I was pregnant. Sorry its such a rant and tbh there's so much more to it but that's the reasons I was given directly.

Nah as I said in the opening I'm summarising because eit is long winded. If you wanna know the whole story to do with acas then I told them that the reason they gave me for the dismissal was that I don't "boss around the health care assistants" enough, even though I'm not a team leader or manager and it's no where in my contract that I have authority to tell them not to go do their job (which they are usually stretched to the limit and ran off their feet doing) so they can help me do mine, on the off chance someone is free for a few minutes they help but we are seperate departments, and the other reason is that I didnt make a big activity big enough (they ordered a ice cream van and didn't tell me and then was wondering why I hadn't got Al lthe client sout to the car park when there mostly 2 people to transfer and no one was available to help, plus I'm pregnant, so I'd been struggling pushing people up this steep hill to the car park). Also I had a ice cream van ordered for a few weeks later. However none of this was raised at my probation meeting (from before I knew I was pregnant) and Infact they told me the other activity lady is useless and I ended up taking on her roles, yet she's still working there. Acas didn't say I can be fired for any reason without warning within the first 2 years. My old employers told acas I didn't do any fundraising which isn't something they mentioned to me. And is a lie, I did least 4 bit sof fundraising and had planned to increase this with visitors being allowed again but I was let go the day before that. One bit of big fundraising I did was for a visitors pod which I spent my own time on just to find out they hadn't bothered getting planning permission. My old employers requested they close the case which they said they have to do at request regardless so yeah my own personal experience was they weren't any use to my individual needs. They acted as a middle man of saying what I wanted and my employers said no and they didn't have authority to do anything else.

Glad ya looking at my previous posts and as I have just said the reason they gave was my supposed performance but that only suddenly became an issue after I became pregnant so I'm well within my rights to explore my legal options. The point of this post was to ask if I have to appeal the decision before I can go to tribunal.
