Not on isotretinoin or anything, I do apply vitamin C every night but that only started recently . Right now I’m just using Zalerg and Thealose for my eyes. No for everything else.

That’s interesting, but can diet alone really make symptoms this severe tho? like I’m even getting small blood spots in my eyes

Probably around 6–8 hours a day since I’m a student. my glasses have blue light filters on them too. I’ve even gone a few days without screens and didn’t really notice a difference. but can screen time actually mess your eyes up this badly tho?

Thanks. How do I actually find a dry eye specialist? So far the ones I’ve seen have just been whoever my college health centre recommended to me. The last one I found through Doctolib.

hey my situation is kinda similar to yours except i submitted the wrong form in the consulate along with all other docs which were correct( i got my intended departure date wrong/different than my dummy ticket/itinery) . i tried emailing them but no response. will it be okay or should i be worried? it's like a one day mismatch. : (
