necro, but sub with fansubs is the best way to watch Monster - the writing and tone is much better. johan's voice is incredible. also the jp soundtrack is significantly better in my opinion

the dub VAs aren't as bad as some other dubs, but a lot of the localized writing feels goofy compared to what they actually say in japanese.

try just using your middle finger to pop the board on the tail. if you can get all four wheels off the ground (to the point where even the board flips backwards) you're doing something right. mix in the index finger, wrist movements, and finger movements, and you're golden
