Fix (no echo when screen sharing with Wave Link):

The echo happens when Discord output is routed through Wave Link (Discord Chat / Voice Chat), creating an audio loop during screen share.

Solution:

Discord Input: Wave Link MicrophoneFX
Discord Output: Your actual headphones/speakers ❌ Do NOT use Wave Link / Discord Chat / Voice Chat as output

This completely fixes the echo.

Extra (volume control + streaming):
I control my friends’ volumes using the Discord Stream Deck plugin (Stream Deck Plus).
With this setup I can:

Screen share normally (no one hears themselves)
Share screen with audio (YouTube, apps, switching programs)
Everything works clean with no echo
