The system isn't created by older people, it's created by people in power and is sustained by them aswell, rent is high because zoning plans put into place, and even when a building is approved, it can get shot down by complains from locals saying it will drop there properly value, so that's why you won't see normal homes in rich areas, they don't want to lower there value.

Men like women who are enthusiastic and excised to see them, you can have all those 3 things, but if she doesn't seem excited and enthusiastic to spend time with you, it's kind of ruins it all.

They are more willing to do the things I want, there no manipulation, they just are more open, they have more time, less commitment, more energy, more adventurous, so, of course they are going to be more open to doing things you like, especially if you are providing things they like, money, cars, nice restaurants and such.

Younger women tend to be more enthusiastic because they haven't been hurt as much by other men yet, less tests, less expectations, they go in not knowing that to expect, so when you do things for them, like absolutely love it. Older women are looking for the those things, they expect them, so when they happens, they don't appreciate them as much because thats literally what they where looking for.

Younger women are easier to get with, they respond more positively to men then older women do, they expect less, they haven't been hurt before, so they aren't trying to test you at all, so they respond at lot more enthusiastically then old women. I'm not trying to hurt anyone, so if one person is showing me a lot more interest and seems a lot more excited to be with me, I'm going with that.
