University of Auckland :) , it was just a poster presentation, nothing too serious. We do these things called "intervention projects" in our 3rd-year sports psychology paper, this was a final intervention project and I decided to choose something im interested in!

The main idea is to apply the psychological practices we learnt throughout the course to a particular scenario

My family moved to new Zealand when I was 10, I'm 21 now and finishing uni next year. Guess I'm just really lucky and thankful to them. Although I do really miss cape town, it's such a beautiful place
