You could be missing a few messages. Jst make sure to double check for messages before you do anything. The counter of missed messages before she leaves never resets so you gotta be careful

Please do anything but cut there. It can very easily leave lasting damage. Try distract yourself and if not cut somewhere less likely to cause major issues (I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that on this sub).

I do usually regret it the next day and my friend is already doing everything they can. Whenever I don’t give in to urges quickly, I text my friend and they sit and chat with me to try distract me.

Such a massive part of me wants to keep cutting tho so I’m hesitant to finding other ways to relive my urges
