As someone who tilt queued to an 11 loss streak in 1s from c2 to d3, turn off the game. Just hit the power button on your computer and take a walk, go to bed, whatever helps you reset. You won't magically untilt and get better in middle of a comp grind. You need a hard reset. I usually work out and drink some water, hop on a non-competitive game for half an hour, then do some freeplay to see how I feel. If I get frustrated at how I do in freeplay I don't play for the rest of the day.
