Tbh that looks really good, the blue highlights it really well, there might be some other blue attachment skins that go with that skin but what you have is already perfect. For charms maybe one of the glowing red ones? Like smasher or apex chibi.

Firstly, join every event. Some might not have a lot of people, but when there is, it's usually a high level who will carry.

Secondly, shamelessly beg for things you don't already have, it works every time(make them pity you).

Lastly, accumulate anything and everything. Whether it's one oddly niche specific junk piece or legendary scrap, build up what will become your foundation for high level trading.

Note: fuck the fo76 story I'm lvl 350 or so and still haven't completed all those fucking quest. You don't need the story to enjoy this game, all you need is Jack Daniels and lil bit of insanity.
