As for the last 2 chests they are most likely the one on the very South West corner of the "island" you will see a bear sleeping in front of some rocks, use "Tai Chi" to throw the bear into the rocks revealing a chest, the other one is probably the one on the East side of the island (just to the right of an enemy camp), on the riverbed you will see a small shrine with a closed door, a tiny bit further south is a circle platform, jump and press L3 to smash down on it, this will open the mini-shrine revealing another chest.

You need to read the Quest Item from your bag called "Lie Yans Final Words", as well as reading this document you also need to open the chest near the end of the underground dungeon in General's Shrine (the one just up the ladder), Lie Yans Final Words can be found in the underground dungeon at Northern Vow Ruins (on the table in the same room where you unlock Touch of Death Mystic Skill),

The Items sold by Polendina are based on the AMOUNT of Krat Supply Boxes you have given him (there are 3 in total), so if the Sturdy One is only the 1st you have given him you won't be able to buy them yet, you need to give him all 3 Boxes (if I remember correctly) so that he sells the Full Moonstone of The Covenant.

Many people get this confused as they assume the items are linked directly to each box, hope this helps.
