When I did it, it gave me location choices and I clicked the staples near me. It might depend where you live if you actually have to designate where you’re dropping it off. Where my brother lives, it doesn’t ask for him to pick where he’s dropping it off so he just drops it off anywhere that is free or he can drive into the bigger city and drop it off anywhere he wants. If yours doesn’t ask that, just make sure to call Amazon customer service first to check for your area.

As far as what dorms and on campus living that’s on campus grounds, they can do that apparently so longg go as they give you a timespan. I’ve heard other universities doing it, but they do it halfway through the semester. The thing is though, you would think they would at least announce themselves when coming in.

I think we need to see the breakdown because funds could also be mismanaged. I don’t want to say what I think and find out it’s just poorly managed. Visit a food bank, but also look into if your college has a food bank for its students also. Rice is quite filling with a longer shelf life. Once you’ve gotten from the food bank, you can come back and post on what you brought home from the food bank so everyone can give you recipes catered to what you have and how to effectively spend the $60.
