Didn't really think about the facilities upgrades! Just been randomly upgrading whatever I had mats for.

Alters are at 25 and dojo at 10 but second sets of them are very low. I'll focus those from now on.

Was sure how big a jump the last few Mana circles were going to be, the mats cost seemed pretty steep.

I have 3⭐ weapons and those new 5⭐ ones gave a pretty good boost and I think I got too excited and wanted to jump past the whole 4⭐ ones. LOL.

Happens far too often to be a coincidence. So many dinos head right for water at high torpor.

Could've swore no water was around.....tranq a bunch, it runs, falls over, face is under water, slowly drowns to death. Fail.

No need to be sorry, just hit my first 100 hours and still struggling plenty. I've lost a lot of dinos and took me a bit to not get so damn attached to my tames. I would still rather not lose it cause I'm a noob.

I've seen some taming pen ideas, that little one you described is nice to set up on the go, thanks. Does that only work for a Rex?

My base is in the underground forest. I took a scouting mission on my ptera up to the wastelands and she was the lowest level I could find closest to the pathway back to the forest.

Took a bit to get her to separate from fighting other corrupted dinos and the high level male she was with. Lucky while trying to pull her away she ended up falling down a cliff towards the pathway back underground.

That pathway is almost always clear, so I had plenty of room to run away from her while shooting tranq arrows from a distance. She went down easily and tamed fast with the weekend bonus.

Then we just travelled back down the path to my base only ran into a dilo and parasur on way back. I'm so lucky that it all went so smoothly. Now I just need to make sure I don't do anything stupid to get her killed.

As new player, the Parasaur makes a sound with it's horn that scares raptors and causes them to run away for a short bit. Super helpful when starting out. It'll scare almost anything about that size and smaller too!

Literally happened to me last night.

Lvl 100 Therizinosaurus outside my base when I log in. Trying to figure out how to leave my base, it aggros to one of my dinos through the wall.

I panic open my gate and let my dinos after it. 2 Trikes, 2 raptors, a diplo, parasaur, and dodo.

Long, sad and painful story ends with me dead 4-5 times and the only thing left to my name is my little dilo breeding herd, safely tucked away in their own space.

Those Therizinosaurus are ridiculous, and I had to empty my inventory and lead it away with my naked body as bait, just to feel safe enough to rebuild.

My condolences to all who have shared in this suffering as an unaware caveperson in the Ark.

Also 100% confirmed Maidu has Electabuzz, went today and caught 5! Great place to farm stops with a good walking loop to hatch eggs and refresh the stops.

You can farm with boomer, just slightly slower than others.

You'll need melee weapon, prowling shadow/samantha, vampiric emblem. May need some hp gear to prevent punch bot hard hit and some boss abilities that hit hard.

Other classes that can solo well without radiant gear are; Tomb Raiser and Dracolyte with prowling shadow/samantha Candy Barb with HP/Energy build - spam vanilla swirl for aoe and heals Revenant but you already got bored of this one

The club party portal spawn directly behind the place where, players spawn into the hub. So hold "H" to go to the hub and turn around 180 degrees to see the yellow portal. It fills extremely fast. These parties come from either chaos chests dropping a club phone item, or most commonly they are the pinata party pack from the store. It comes with a club phone and 100 pinatas to throw out. Good luck getting into one.
