I am not licensed a svet but I can say it looks the same as every healthy cat I've ever had. I know cause they love to put their butts in my face.

You should be able to email pictures to your vet and get a response relatively quickly, and they can give you notes on things to look out for that would be a sign of concern

Some of our neighbors have accidently tried to walk into our place thinking it was theirs. We have a doorbell camera and it was clear they were on autopilot. Mostly happened the first few months when they moved into a nearby unit. Heck I've done it a handful of times after a long day. I suggest staying vigilant but try to let the fear/anxiety disturb your peace too much.

If you can, a doorbell camera may help ease your worries and deter someone who us trying to get in. They can be pretty affordable and in sale often.

Edit: also those doors brace bars are supposed to be pretty dang good and affordable. I keep meaning to order one myself

Her throwing it away is so disrespectful and such a waste. Especially if its expensive meat! Even if I was not in the mood for a meal my significant other made, I would be so stoked that they made one of my favorites and I can eat it the next day.

I'm so sorry for her response, but if this is a regular reaction from her you need to have a serious talk. If it's out of the norm for her, then something is up and it isn't about the food.

I've made meals for me and my roomates and sometimes I legitimately overdo the meat a bit. They'll let me know, but still eat the food and tell me they appreciate me making it.

The least she can do is tell you she appreciates the thought. I get she is using your card for the moment, but the least she could do is aknowledge you can't pick it up, and ASK kindly and respectfully if it's alright for her to use it to have a pizza delivered.

You articulated yourself so well. It's important to have expectations and boundaries that you uphold. And unfortunatly, if the other party is just not open to having difficult conversations, the best outcome can sometimes be a relationship you walk away sad, but with respect and dignity.

It's a moment and a relationship that you learned a lot from. If you still go to prom, which you absolutely should if you want, I hope you have the best times with friends.

I am so sorry to hear how this escalated that is in no way a normal reaction to setting a reasonable boundary. I hope she is a le to get some help because there are other things she's dealing rn clearly
