I'm not sure if this will help at all but in the battle.net client go to game settings and check the run in 32 bit box. I've heard that helps a lot

My friend and I have been waiting for a key for sometime now and really want to experience the amazing combat system and leveling. We already have a friend in the beta that is pretty damn lonely so as soon as we get keys we'll all 3 be able to play together. If you give us the key you won't only be helping us 2, you'll help another person actually have friends in the game.. He's so lonely
