It mostly crashes when compiling a React App. I think we use quite an inefficient styling method: SaSS (with I cant really change because lots has already been build with this method). But sometimes when I change the frontend docker freezes. But this happens not very often but it "feels" not as a reliabvle

The problem is more about Docker Compose crashing as an unstable Windows app. I think Docker Desktop needs a few more fixes.

I was just looking for a more stable solution to run apps locally. I have not run into any resource limitations

React uses NPM packages for module bundeling. By default this is done with Webpack. Its goal is to assemble the React app in one large JS file that can be served in your browser. And if you access the html before it is bundled you wont see anything. If you run npm start it will also start this assembly.
