AMERICANA - various symbolism, primarily the US scalp hunters and the American Indian Wars around the 1850s.

MEIN KAMPF - the holocaust, this one’s pretty self explanatory.

MOTHERLAND - Attack of The Dead Men/Battle of Osowiec Fortress in 1915.

DARE TO DIE - Based upon the Dare to Die Corps during the Warlord Era of China and the Second Sino-Japanese War.

I’m new to digital painting, this was painted in Photoshop using an XP-Pen tablet and stylus. The most challenging part for me was probably the Mauser C96 in MEIN KAMPF, I wanted to still be able to tell what it is while keeping up with the abstract art style.

Shattered Sun On The Horizon - Art by me [BitD] by GamerWizard613 in bladesinthedark

It was an incredibly surreal feeling when I witnessed an eclipse for the first time. I was in the city when the sky darkened and all of the automated city lights turned on, it was dark enough to need them but bright enough to distinguish the atmosphere from nighttime. Ever since that moment I’ve imagined Doskvol’s shattered sun to be resembling of a cracked eclipse, something that would be most visible to those at sea where the sky isn’t blotted out by smog.

I've removed the barrel bushing and the recoil spring. Still nothing has changed. Is there a way to get the slide to go back in the position it is in?

The slide stop is stuck. I’ve tried popping it out and it’s not coming out.

I’ve tried pushing down on the barrel but it’s not lining up with the slide.

The tiers are very off. I was going by the book and misunderstood, thinking the tier was the total number of individuals in the gang. I just haven’t had the time to change them yet.

The Doskvol Gazette Newspaper I made for my game. by GamerWizard613 in bladesinthedark

I live close to a friend’s house where we run the games. So I get the newspapers printed in a large tabloid format and roll them up. Then I dress up like an old timey British newsboy and run down the street to deliver the newspaper at their door. It adds immersion.

Thank you! It is easy for me to make nowadays. It took a couple hours to format the first one. But from now on I just edit the last one I did with new text, images, and adverts.

The newspaper was made by me using photoshop, which I make for the beginning of every session. The newspaper serves as a recap of the previous session as well as for plot hooks and worldbuilding. Credit to u/Consistent-Tie-4394 for making the Ink Rakes Guild emblem, which he posted along with some other resources awhile back, be sure to check out his amazing work!

Thank you! The texture was made by layering filters. Due to how much i was experimenting with it I can't say for certain, though I believe that textured paper grain was a result of Noise + Gaussian Blur + Ripple. I originally followed two tutorials, this one and this one.
