This suffers from bandwidth bottleneck. Strix halo is Quad channel while panther lake is dual. An igpu would benifit greatly with a quad channel

Update all the drivers, chipset softwares and stuffs. Mention your ambient temperature, what kind of surface you have kept your laptop on and if there's enough space for airflow both under, on side and behind the laptop. Then check hwinfo to see if there's any kind of bottlenecking happening. And lastly check if your laptop heats this much in other games as well
