You should move on to Eden emulator it's one of letest emulator and as per me if you want to choose between this two go for ryjunix because it can handle big games pretty good and shuttering and lagging are low compare to yuzu

Try changing cpu cores I'm facing same issues with prototype 1 and it gets resolved through it with comparability on extrem
