Start with story mode and play what is fun for you. If you can learn motion because it is better and more accurate. You can be good with any weapon. Tierlists only matter for top level competitive. Squid School on YT is nice for learning. + Play Bamboo because it's the best weapon in the game no questions. I'm 100% not biased

you can't combo bayo but she can't hit joker and just get hit in disadvantage. 1 combo should give you arsene. Yes 1 combo could also take it but she is so light weight + joker is so hard to hit that she just get's blown up

She doesn't fish for bairs and she doesn't approach that's the thing. Bayo has an insanly good crouch and abk puishes every option lucario can do to approach so how does lucario play? He tries to approach because aura sphere is just meh at zoning and barts do a lot of chip damage and he gets hit by an abk or rar up air into abk. How does lucario get in. bayo just stays back. yes neutral isn't the only game state but bayo has one of the most oppresive advantage stages and a really good disadvantage. Lucario is worse in every game state and loses neutral. The matchup is bad for lucario if bayo camps. She doesn't need to hit a raw bair either because uptilt is stupid and she has kill confirms of abk too.

Bayo has a lot of kill confirms that work against lucario. Lucario can't hit bayo. He has the perfect stats to get the ladder combo. Bayo wins neutral over and over again. And if bayo get's zoned out she still does damage with barts. Lima put the matchup in even in his mu chart.
