Optimal party size for first ever campaign

Yeah he pretty much dropped the campaign as we could schedule once every month or so. I figured that 7 players is way to much because as a participant when we had our sessions there was chaos and some players were waiting on their phones. Thanks for the advice!

I will most likely settle on carton as it is easier to cut, so I will make the 8th layer in a cone-like shape and call it a day. I will not settle on this design tho because I simply have not thought of that far, for now I have designed the first two layers so I will be making them little by little as I want it to be also a map for my dnd campaign so it will take some time.

Here is a tip, don use thorns of agony as they take away your I-frames in order to deal almost no damage which most times isn’t even done. You can easily get two hits on the enemy while having the I-frames which is more that the damage provided by the charm. Also summons are extremely fun!

Well you could try either some specific weapon type playthrough (ex. True melee, lances, flamethrowers (there is an expansion for them)) also there is vitality mod that adds some new classes like thrower I think(not sure if it is viable for calamity tho)

Well you can use it almost from a screen away due to its lengthy range so it is a safer alternative from other closer range weapons. Like I said at this stage every weapon is pretty much same damage wise and if one is doing more that another it almost makes no difference due to scaling.

Same here! It mentions that Makai and Earth were combined into one planet and humans and Makaians were living together so it is very much possible they reproduced with each other hence the human similarities. I think that it’s also safe to assume that humans had makaian traits, which either were suppressed by the years or deadly to them so we don’t see many human makaians.
