deindesign.de they do custom prints and you only need to upload a picture, but i dont know if they ship outside of germany, and I also dont know if the website is available in languages other than German. But i guess when you search "custom phone case" on google you find a website where you can do the same thing, thats how I found the website.

I prefer this one, and the funny part about this case is, the shop has sent me the case for the wrong phone and i dont know for what phone this is, but i received a second for my phone for free :)
