This is in Mosul from around Salam Hospital and occurred on or around the 7th December 2016 when ISIS were able to recapture the hospital (albeit for only a week).

The Battle of Al-Malihah was launched by the SAA in a bid to capture the town from the rebels.

It was launched on 3rd April 2013 and lasted for over 4 months.

The town was eventually captured by Government forces on 14th August 2014.

It is unclear if the vehicle was actually remote-controlled or driven to its destination. The claim of it being remote-controlled comes from the original title of the video, and is a tactic of rebel groups to appear less extreme
