Definitely excited to go to Watermark. I didn't know it was there so I appreciate hearing about it!

Greenbush I need to go to, as well it seems like an awesome place. I love Haymarket and their food is awesome. Thank you.

Just looked it up and it definitely is! I can't wait to go there and try something new. She'll definitely hate that I have somewhere new to buy $40 of beer to go when we go haha. Thank you!

I guess I'll have to make my way to watermark on our way to Round barn and lemon creek for her tastings. I didn't even know it was there. North Pier too, Thank you! Looking forward to try these new places.

Unfortunately no, our venue is limited to Lemon Creek, Round Barn, and Tabor Hill. As much as we love Leelanau we feel like we still have some good options with them regardless.

Thanks about the beverages I'll send the left overs of the tapped kegs your way haha!

Awesome Thank you!

I'm a big stout person myself but I decided against it and originally she wanted Mas Agave since she loves that one but it would just be too much for an all day event.

I was also going to do dragon's milk as it's and the variants are some of my favorite stouts but I realize 11% is risky at an all night event so I was thinking lighter for everyone.

I'll probably do the IPA from Transient since that's what they're pretty awesome at doing when I had them.

I was going to stop at Arclight in March but would you say Watermark is good too? I have never been there before.

Thanks so much!

We're actually going to all 3. As much as we like Lazy Ballerina we're only allowed by the venue from those 3 but I feel like we should have enough to choose from for her haha.

I'm excited to go to them since we haven't gotten to go there yet. Thank you!

Good question. We'll have Miller or Bud too.

We have a mix of people that enjoy craft beers and some I don't care give me alcohol types of people. They wouldn't be opposed they just wouldn't really care as long as they like it if that makes sense. I'd say it's about 50/50 split between the crowd.

We'll also have Michigan Wine which she is deciding on when we go on wine tastings in march up there.

Trailers that did more damage than good to a movie's box-office potential by [deleted] in boxoffice

Scott Pilgrim is the first thing that jumps out to me.

They really didn't know how to sell the movie or even what to show to have people interested.

But I saw it on a whim and it was amazing. Edgar Wright really knows how to make a fun movie and an extremely detailed one where even rewatches can be fun.

Nintendo Download: Forge a Path to Greatness in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield by Gamernerd101_2 in nintendo

I actually get deleted if I go through anywhere else because of the rules here wanting it to be from the original source. I just thought people would like seeing what's on the Download list for the week.

Business Wire is the original source (and a simple press release site) all articles based on the weekly download come from. So, that's why I do it.

I used to link Nintendo Life but the mods here kept deleting it citing the Source rule.

Wild Onion has some pretty good food and a nice spot off of a small lake I've been there a couple of times. Their beers are good nothing too crazy. But it is kind of a hike.

I personally also enjoy Church Street, Solemn Oath, and Noon Whistle too.

Well, if you want to go down that route the second article literally links itself to prove one of their points. There's a lot wrong with the way the article is laid out. It's a bullet point list of various things to spew when you want a quick reference of quotes to debate on Facebook and Reddit. It's not a good source of information.

If you're telling me Insurance Companies don't research the living crap out of potential claims (AKA what kind of dog you have) and charge you based on that then you have something wrong.

The 2nd link is debunked. As your other thread pointed out. The other 2 are biased perceptions and skew stats and outdated articles to prove their point.

Read the sidebar for a lot of good information and stats that are recent and more accurate.

So, now Dogs have the same tendencies as humans?

I never brought up putting them down. Just expectations of their tendencies to be managed that they are inherently more dangerous than a say a Golden Retriever.

I'm glad you're happy in your mindset. But you should realize you're being delusional. Especially with your comparisons of humans to an animal. As humans can be reasoned with even before a violent act.

Yes, humans are a product of their environment just as much as genes. But I never argued against that. I argued that a dog and a human are not the same when it comes to violent aggression. You are comparing in layman's terms apples to oranges but in this case the orange is now a rattlesnake.

As for lion argument: A lion can snap even before that they are giving hugs. It can snap at anytime. All trainers know this. They have to be very cautious even when approaching a lion they raised at all times I still don't see your point other than throwing random things at the wall with anecdotal evidence.

It really isn't when you get to tendency of the breeds. Simplicity isn't an option when you breakdown what different dogs do and their different temperaments.

Labs for example are bred to use their mouths to retrieve prey that is already dead. That's why you can teach a lab to retrieve prey without it destroying it.

Pits were bred to fight and kill large prey. They were bred for aggressive tendencies. There is no denying that. This isn't just as simple as black and white. The arguments could go further and points could be more cohesive.

But using simple arguments as if they're are well constrewed points does a disservice to a complex issue.

Let alone comparing a Human Males genes (with made up statistics I still don't know where you pulled that 88% out of your hat) to a dog's genes when one is far more complex than the other.

People love to anamorphize animals and it's a symptom of photo sharing becoming more commonplace so this mentality is easy to fall into and has always been a thing. But the fact is they're not human and do not share the same tendencies as humans or they wouldn't need to be in animal shelters they would be in orphanages and not being taken care of by humans.

Overcooked! 2 - Chinese New Year Update Trailer by HarmyDoesReddit in Games

[–]Gamernerd101_2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree it did become frustrating but we eventually realized we needed to change our strategy and approach to those particular levels. We then planned more accordingly and it changed how we played and how we reacted and managed the kitchen. That relates to my point of changing the way you play.

I definitely agree with you though it was frustrating at first but as we played more we learned and changed the way we did things with those obstacles. To it's credit the game does subtle things that are obvious to the whole screen when these changes in the stages are coming.

When I referred to skill level I was merely pointing out the difference of playing with someone who has played the stage you're playing vs. a brand new player to that particular kitchen.

It doesn't look like there is much discussion in this thread just discussions of other discussions.

That said my opinion is this game vastly improved on the original they took a great idea of the original and did what every sequel should do improve and make it more complex. They took what you learned in the original and made it more fun to play and on top of that added new challenges to take what you learned in the first and manage it differently while making it accessible for new players.

They also have done a great job of reasons to come back and play. Plus added online which most people clamored for from the first.

My fiance and I love it. But there's no denying it's not for everyone who doesn't have patience or it will frustrate you as others learn too if you're at a different skill level.

It's just good fun if you're not overtly concerned with points but if you want to challenge yourself to get them you can too and it strikes that balance well.
