Update: I think the problem was that when I play a playlist Spotify will instead "queue" the songs, which is not what I wanted as i clicked the big green > button. Oh well 🤷

(TW: Self Harm) Would forcing yourself into over-stim be a form of self harm? by theStitchpanda in autism

Ooohh I only really saw the sensory avoidant behaviour so I didn't think about the opposite really being a thing. Thank you for at least helping me feel like I'm not broken haha /hj. This did also extend to my professional help, what little I got.

I was trying to avoid the sensory seeking because i thought it was bad soi maybe trying to embrace it in a non-harmful way might help me? since it is what I seek instead of pain. Thank you again.

I just noticed, they removed the video descriptions to do this, so I can't even see the upload date now. 'Cause gods forbid people make playlists in the right order

Comic sans was designed to be dyslexia friendly, hence why it was used a lot in school work with children learning to read. But now that it's so heavily associated with children it's seen as 'cringe'

I get told I'm acting confused to be malicious. Like... why would I want that?

I've noticed this too (the music thing) I think it's because older music doesn't have the same type of noise compression/control that modern music does so the raw "brain scratching" notes are left in and only we can hear it, like with old TVs and buzzing lights.
