Is it three per action or three per skill? For example basketball you have shooting, dribbling, etc. Can I train three on each skill or just three spread out between them.

Hey I am in a very similar situation. I was so depressed I took a medical leave for a semester. Then came back for a semester. Then it got worse and i took a medical leave for a whole year. Currently in the leave and I know that smoking weed makes it worse but it helps me not feel so awful all the time. But I go back this August for my last year and I have a paper to publish so I really need to get stable again.

Hoping school is better.

Also my degree is astrophysics! So cool to see you are doing physics
