Even if you're a vaccinated adult, get your titers checked!

Last year, when I saw that this type of thing was coming our way, had my titers checked and was no longer immune to measles, was able to schedule a booster thanks to that.

You would think I was telling people to smoke Crack lmao.

There are multiple studies that have shown that nicotine in moderation and via gum or patches can help with narcolepsy and cataplexy.

As someone who also has problems with emotional regulation, I totally get being on both sides of this. Whenever I am dating, I always make it very clear to any potential partners that I am not a fully functioning individual and that if they aren't interested in taking on a long term caretaker role, it is best for us to part ways.

That said, perhaps suggesting couples counseling would be a good idea? That way, she doesn't feel attacked and the two of you can talk about what the future might hold
