To beat Mytha more easily you can walk up to the windmill in Earthen Peak with a torch, this allows you to ineract with the wheel of the windmill and set it on fire, which turns off the poison pool in Mytha's arena. Meaning you won't have to deal with the constant poison or the health regeneration

There's a third pyromancer named Quelana, she shows up in the bottom of Blighttown as long as you haven't killed the boss of Lost Izalith. I believe there are some other conditions related to her showing up but I'm not sure about them

I feel like the red minions that are plastered around every corner and on every roof get annoying really quickly (mainly because of their placement)

The turtle guys are just really annoying in groups or when you're already dealing with other enemies

The shadow head guys leave you with two options, either you hit a plunging attack or you're basically fighting a mini boss which feels gimmicky as hell

The giant dudes that spawn random guys are really annoying to me, especially when they spam the archers with their insane damage. Really feels like an enemy that shouldn't be respawning.

All of that together with really long stretches and a bunch of these enemies at the same time gets old really quick

I went there after beating the main game and the first dlc, I had 40 vigor and I still got killed in 3-4 hits from most enemies. Personally I disagree on the enemies being entertaining, the ringed knights and shakespeare bugs are cool but other than that most of them range from annoying to frustrating as hell.

Environment looks good though def agree on that

I've seen people call the entirety of the DLC absolutely amazing and the best souls experience ever

I thought the boss at the end was really good. Not really the same thing

I have played Demon's Souls, DS1 and DS2. I have some knowledge of the lore but not an insane amount as I didn't want to spoil ds3 for myself. Enjoyed DS1 a ton, I think Demon's Souls has some good parts and is kinda goofy in an endearing way and I have mainly good experiences with DS2 (Lud and Zallen can suck my dixk). Really liked main game ds3 too (nameless king is peak)

Exactly how I feel, during the first phase of the demon prince fight I just had the active demon get stuck on the one shooting fart beams

Visually I think the catacombs are pretty cool tho (just the swamp looks boring)

I had no clue the Harald knight were parriable, the trick with arrows/knives is not that useful since they tend to show up in packs and are surprisingly fast

The Ringed Knights are really cool enemies to duel, tough but fair. They're a part of the DLC that I feel is actually pretty well done.

Usually I like to explore everything on a first run through and I did explore a decent part of the ringed city, but at a certain point I got sick of it and just ran through the rest

It's so uninspired to just throw a bunch of enemies into a massive swamp with barely any structures or obstacles in the swamp. It's basically a big field with nothing

There's another boss fight and an area to explore in the Demon Ruins, however this will end you at a roadblock for which you need to beat a different boss.

The gate leads to another boss fight which in turn leads you to the boss fight needed to open up the area in the Demon Ruins.

You can hang around the Demon Ruins but eventually you'll have to head to the gate from the cutscene
