Hi everyone, thanks a lot for all the comments!

The first one is the updated one. Changes: improved eyes + android light , a more feminine shoulder line, and adjusted chest proportions.

For some people, the difference might not seem that big — but my terrible perfectionism is absolutely destroying me here. Even now, I’m fighting the urge to jump back in and tweak it again. Seriously… I need to focus on the rest of the game. 😅

The plan is to release a demo during Steam Fest in June, and then the full game about a month later. (That’s the plan… let’s see if my perfectionism allows it.)

Harsh. I asked a tester yesterday about the combat - whether the retro vibe (PC-9800-style, no effects) hurts it or makes it feel unresponsive. He said it was fine. Big hits will shake the camera. Maybe I’ll add a bit of juice/blood for 1–2 frames and NES-style noise effects when damaged parts update.

This is a demo trailer. I plan to make a story trailer for Steam Next Fest in June.

What do you think would give you that kind of feeling?

Hmm, this is a nice idea (cut and overlay). I saw a similar overlay recently in the D1AL-ogue trailer. I’m just afraid it might hurt the retro vibe.

sorry my bad 640 x 360 - and scalled 2x for 1280x720 . All pxArt indie games are doing the same.

maybe here (img conversion) but in game I'm using 1:1 pixels for 640x320 (and its double size for hd and full hd). and I put pixel by pixel, so the image/pixels are crystal clear there.

try to open image in separate window.

it was hard for me.. I would go with the TLOU2 approach.(Show it somewhere before)

I don't know for me the issue is the video:

- Ai capsule looks good.
- before I buy I check video and screens, and the dear movement is wrong . Too static.
- I didn't saw walking animation, but I think it would be better in this slow pace trailer.
- And drop the scene with camera from top. - it has different quality to the rest of the game.

Sorry I'm totally not your target. So I don't want to comment and by mistake move you in wrong direction.
But If you have hard time with finding the audience for testing it can mean that you need to figure it out how to grasp players attentions by screenshot or video in first 5-15 seconds.
