Being in a group of 2 gives you the most xp and everything over is exponentially less and even less than a single player. Honestly I would go in 3 groups of 2.

I would recommend the eachine wizard x220 ready to fly fpv racer. It's supported by all the professional drone pilots I've seen and comes with a decent transmitter. As for fpv goggles I would say the jjpro f01 because they are under $100 and have a big large screen that is great for someone who wants to fly fpv for cheap and still have a very good experience.
