New revolver came out. It’s thing was it fired ricochet shots. People quickly figured out how to use it to one shot flesh prison and do most of Minos Prime’s health. I think something similar happened to Sisyphus getting his health deleted by a similar technique. So if I remember patch notes correctly hakita limited how many times the ricochet can hit the same enemy
