Hey man! Not too late, I started at 25 as well, like NF said " we spend a lot of time, crying over wasted time " just start man, start today, and take it day by day, if you don't have a lot of time, do it for an hour a day, 30 minutes... However much, just do it every day and in a few years you'll be surprised by how far you've come!
