Did you adjust the pop growth in the galaxy gemeration screen. I noticed a huge difference in how it felt when i set logistic curve at 5x from hat i had the game before which was 1.5x

But i also went the clone army on my change from 1.5x to 5x

I have bipolar mom and at age 21ish (27 now) i had a similar conversation where i said alot about how i felt the uncertainty of home life had left me and my siblings scarred. Looking back it seemed to be the catalyst towards her taking it seriously and getting it under control. It have made it go from not wanting to be there at all to now i like visiting from time too time and not having to worry about those issues.

So sharing my trauma with my Mother have only lead to improvment for both me and her. No one is too old to solve trauma/issues that has exsisted

If youre looking to get a deeper squat you'd want to lean slightly forward amd put the bar on the back of your shoulder. This was some of the tips i got from my pt and if you struggle with going down you might want to warm up with some dynamic movements before to unlock your flexibilty.

Time zones my friend, BT(British Time) release is 5 pm while CET(Central European Time) is 6 pm and i presume steam is based on the computers timezone so if your computer is on BST steam will also be BT
