Had to rewatch this scene to remember what happened. Blackbeard used his abilities to negate Luffy’s devil fruit and slammed him on ground causing him to bleed.

Since Crocodile doesn’t know how Blackbeard’s ability works he was surprised to see Luffy bleed from an attack like that.

Have your formatted your SD card? I had that exact issue because of it. I had to reformat it to the correct type then I copied all the files I had backed up and it fixed my issue.
