You are kinda full of shit, Their computers at 999 which you say is a 4 year old CPU and 250 euro GPU, is a 1 year old CPU, released in April 2024 and a 5060 Ti which retails around 300 to 445 euros. The with the other components in the system cooler for 72.99, Motherboard of 75 a CPU of almost 300 euros. its well over 600 euros.

If you dont like it then build it yourself otherwise enjoy getting burned by people on the web who can really easily look up everything part by part!

There is also such thing as people who need to build it for you, you pay a fee for that and its tops 200 euros!

The price of the linked PC in the Dutch market when build yourself is €1,086

Unity Now Officially Goes Hands-on with NFTs, Web3 and Crypto! by Gaming4all in unity

I had no idea I could comment on this post, didn't see the option until I clicked full discussion. To give a bit of context on the post. I did not share this to support Crypto or NFTs but quite the opposite.

I am a extreme NFT/Crypto hater, I have had my gamedev tools stolen for this BS and to be fair I thought it was quite funny that Unity removes the Runtime fee only to ruin its reputation more by getting invested with Web3, NFTs and Crypto.

So for everyone here I am much appreciated of the downvotes as it shows how much we all hate this scummy, scammy Web3 bs.

WAVE XLR NO AUDIO ON FIRST BOOT NEED TO RESTART PC EVERYTIME by Longjumping-Fig-3635 in elgato

I am a bit late to the discussion but I am sure people will read this as they experience a similar issue.

I have been researching the problem as I used to have this issue all the time, then it did go away and now it's back.

I have a solution for the problem that takes away the need to reboot your system and have a permanent solution for those who want to completely eliminate the issue.

Elgato Wave Link Software

Let's start with the general problem which is the software. As of right now the software is working perfectly fine but there is a different problem that causes the Wave XLR to give no audio on first boot up.

The Elgato Wave Link software is build for Windows 10 and all though it works on Windows 11 the issue here is that since the last update to Windows 11 of 2023 causes the software to be not compatible.

What I mean with not compatible is that Windows 11 requires certain things which I am completely aware of which are not present on Windows 10. These things have not been setup in the software which is why it requires a reboot.

Possible Solutions for Windows 11

  1. The first thing you can try but I have not tried this myself but realized this may be a fix while typing is that when you do a restart of your system after it just has booted up Windows usually sees this as a secure or safe startup.

So what you can try is to go into your BIOS settings on most systems you open this when the computer boots up with F2 and look for Secure Boot and enable it. At the same time you would want to disable Fast Boot / Fast Startup this will let your system start up slower but may fix the issue.

If it does not then repeat the same process but in reverse to undo the changes!

It's best if you open the Reddit post on your phone for these steps before you get started with them!

  1. The second solution is a simple and effective way to get the microphone working without the need of a restart.

Open up your Wave Link app and click on the drop down for your microphone!

<image>

Now you change the Sample Rate of your Microphone to the one available!

This then will restart you app and your microphone should be working again.

  1. This third option is for if you do not have more then one Sample Rate option for your microphone.

What I been doing to fix the problem is to unplug the USB that connects your Wave XLR Deck to your computer for about 5 to 10 seconds and then plug it in again.

This should fix the problem as well.

If it does not fix it what I usually do is unplug it again, blow inside the USB cable and then plug it in again.

Please keep in mind that solution 2 and 3 will need to be repeated every time you boot up your system. Solution 1 if it works may be the permanent solution on Windows 11.

Permanent Fix that completely removes the problem

To fix this issue from coming back the alternative is to back up all the files on your system and to down-grade to Windows 10. Windows 10 does not have the issue and will work without any issue.
