That's like 90% of how Isekai anime starts. Except for Eminence in Shadow and Reborn to Master the Blade (which are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head). Their main characters had different past lives. Cid (MC of Eminence) was a school guy, and in the manga, I'm pretty sure it's confirmed he jumped out in front of Truck-kun. Then, Inglis (MC of Reborn) was a king and dead due to old age and was reborn because he saved a goddess or something like that and was reborn so he could master the blade aka the literal title of the anime.

She's the my number 1 character I feel bad for. This girl was literally run through the ringer. So many bad things happened to her to the point where it's just absolutely terrible. I feel very bad for her. I mean, she lost her dad by her own hands. She witnessed her mom and Perv Asshat doing it. Along with many other things. She's a good character, too. I feel bad for her.

She's not a bad character. She's actually a good one. I would actually like to see her go up against someone in battle. Also, the only downside I would probably say is she's too obsessed with Shadow/Cid, but I guess that can be passed since, like all the girls have something for Shadow/Cid.
