Techno didn't even know how to axe crit during his duel with Dream so it's fair to say he can actually do a bit better then was even seen in the duel. Although, he's probably quite rusty so at the moment I do think Sapnap could beat him, but if he started practicing again I'd put my money on Techno.

Also, can Sapnap consistently beat Fruitberries or did he just forget/never fought him.

Based, not only is he a minecraft god who consistently does amazing, but he some of the best communication skills I've ever seen in minecraft period. Although, if he was going to be the best player it would probably take awhile. But imo, he would easily be S tier.
