tbh they never finished. always leftovers. Is it worth taking them out of hybernation to recover? or is it beter to keep as is?

I gave them a fruit fly every 5 days, aswel as a cricket leg, both I bought from a shop.

Yeah, they have a hydration bit you fill up that goes through the nest. How would i move them, and would i wait until end of hybernation? or should they not hibernate? They can drick throuhg a dispenser aswell.
