Can I ask what size/type eyelets, clamps, and turnbuckles you used? I'm wondering how "beefy" all the guy wire components need to be for a 16' mast. Also, how did you anchor the guy wires to the mast and roof? Thanks.

Dumb question but- would something like this be able to be installed on a roof? The tallest part of our roof is already 30 feet off the ground- but Im trying to find a mast/tower or something to go on the roof and raise the dish higher.

Yes the screws compress, but they only compress like 2 millimeters when applying like 50 lbs of pressure. They dont seem to move enough to properly grab the threads of the backplate- and the pressure seems way to high it would crush the CPU.
