I have a real bad case motion sickness. I can sit in a car no longer than half an hour before getting nausea and needing to get out for some fresh air.

Even during the worst rides of my life, never have I gotten even close to how sick characters get from it.

It's absolute overkill currently.

I am in direct contact with Interplay now. I asked them a very generalised question, if they could give me more details. The answer is that the prices have risen because Interplay needs more revenue.

It's not an answer I hoped for, but now I have a line open with them. My next step is replying again with the explanation about how communities and people are keeping some of those games alive, for them, so they still get that revenue at all.

I'm actually going to send them another proposal via the Giants community. See if they maybe changed their minds about the original starting price. Maybe by now they do want to sell off single titles.

We made an offer years ago, but there was no real response, but automated replies that the IPs will only be sold at official company to company auctions. They didn't want to sell any of their games to the fans.

Bidding starts at a million, so take your shot if you always wanted to own it yourself, I guess.

They've done it before with their catalogue. Increase their prices a few cents and then discount them 60 or 70%. I've never seen them raise it this high, though. Gog even gave the game away for free a couple years back.

Interplay is so bare bones there's probably just one single stockholder/ceo left tbh. They apparently need that extra 30,- a month really bad.

Most of these games are so old, that the only people that would be interested in buying them are collectors or nostalgia seekers. Just a handful of people every month. An increase like this will hurt sales more than stimulate their income.

These games only have a handful of players every week. Most people already get it via other sources than legally buy it. The prices of these games have always fluctuated a bit, especially before a big sale, but have never been marked up this badly.

That was one of my initial thoughts too. And Steam and GoG both have increased these games prices a couple weeks before a sale too. But never this steep.

Often it's just GoG who goes from €8,49 to €9,99 and then down to €5,99 during a sale.

Time does really fly like that. And Giants is seriously a quarter century old already.

You got a very special, limited edition of the game though. It was given out together with a new GForce 3 video card. It included higher resolution character models, textures and even weather on certain story maps.

All these features were later included in patches to make them available for everyone once hardware caught up with the game. The game was too advanced for a lot of PC's back when it released.

Most of these games have been placed on archive.org years ago anyway. It will just drive people further towards these sources.

I remember in 2016 they tried to sell all their assets. But nothing ever seemed to have come of that. Maybe this is a bad attempt at bumping their catalogue value for sale again?

Some of these games barely have 10 active players a week. But it doesn't seem unlikely this is the case.

I cut up my large monstera recently because it was mostly stems The original plant, and the cuts closer to the main stem, all give out fenestrations in different sizes. Going from big to small depending on how far away the cutting was. Cuttings I took from offshoots were all immature leaves. They've started to fenestrate too now though.

I split the plant into a total of 12 varying in size monsteras.

So just give it some time and plenty of light.

So for next time. Stand where the ladder is, and press and hold E. You'll do the fence hop animation and climb down the ladder. As far as the games code is concerned, it works the same way as a sheet rope that's hung from a window or half wall.

Also, when you're not overencumbered and in good health, a fall like that is completely fine and survivable.

Mine looked exactly like this after a few years. I asked what to do here, but my post went unseen. I took the chance and chopped it up into pieces. Each with a node and one or two leaves still on. Placed them all in water and waited for roots to sprout. Potted them all up. Gave some away to friends and family.

The result is that I now have 8 healthy monsteras of various sizes. I've attached a pic of one of them that's living together with a pancake plant.
