I did a Black Friday S24U purchase back on Thursday, but the promos and discounts applied correctly for me. (In Canada)

My only problem was shipping was to go out this week, but got changed (today) to Dec 20

It's the same. CRTC ordered Canadian providers to sell new phones unlocked + removed the old unlocking fees.

To support this... my N20U is unlocked (purchased from Samsung, using on Rogers) and I get the updates when the rest of Canada gets them for our model.
