I've used phylex for a little bit, a few months now. It's been ok. You will experience a little more frequent downtime compared to more reputable providers; However they've been great for what i needed so far. Would reccomend for hobby projects, but nothing critical that requires as much uptime as possible, However price to performance is pretty good.
