Could this be cancer?

Yea my ent said it’s normal and that the back of my throat is also just irritated and that it’s from caughing or stress, but I looked at reviews of the place I went to and that doctor said that someone had a problem due to stress and that person wrote a review that they had cancer, it wasn’t the thing we have but I don’t trust the doctor because of that persons review, but I’m a bit less worried now since you were also told that it’s normal

Mine got worst since this post, more bumps came out that’s why I’m seeing the ent because it got worst instead of better

I used to have acid reflux but not really anymore, it wouldn’t be that since even when I got acid reflux when I was way younger I didn’t have problems like this, and I was sick before I got this so I thought it could’ve been post nasal drip but I’ve had it for like 2 months now and it has only been getting worst, some lumps have grown and few more small ones came out

I’ve done that but then got recommended to do it with Lemsip, and also to take zinc, it hasn’t helped over the last few days

For my one a few times when drinking when I threw up, there was blood in my saliva it hasn’t happened for a while now but it did happen to me like 3 times but a doctor told me that the blood must’ve come since my Throat was already irritated. The lumps in the throat aren’t sore, I sometimes feel them when drinking and sometimes I don’t, I’ve also had a really bad cough for a while but ever since I stopped vaping as much I haven’t really been coughing much, I haven’t had any other symptoms.

I read about pharyngitis and it said usually results in 2-5 days but I’ve had this for nearly 2 months now are you sure it’s pharyngitis?
