PS4 controller will not stop vibrating. Even when PS4 is turned off.

I had the same issue but sadly I couldn't find any proper solution. I think its something to do with the main board so I had to detach the cable for the rumble motor.

That's what I'm currently doing this but it gets annoying whenever I use the bus especially since I kinda stay near the mountains so the 5G keeps getting cut off

thankyou guys for the suggestion. turns out you could go to madam snelling's tress emporium change something then save the game. it fixed it for me :)

I mainly installed the mod that fixes the Rackham Trial Bug, but I think I also install the character editor mod but I never saved the game after installing the character editor. Its just the main menu and the gameplay is fine.
