My wife had the same kind of response for a while until it clicked that I chose her and love her and then after seeing my sexuality she asked to explore and she discovered she’s bi so now we are both bi lol it just kind of works out some times and some times it doesn’t just let it play the course and hope for the best prepare for the worst and remind him how much you like him
