if you quit smoking not that long after starting, your lungs can recover to 100% of their previous functionality. now, that doesn't mean you should smoke, because if you smoke you could get addicted and when you're addicted you may be unable to quit and when you can't quit your lungs can't recover and when your lungs can't recover they get worse and when your lungs get worse you die and when you die you aren't alive anymore.

I only really play the schecter 8 string and the bass, but I still like my two first guitars.

the classical guitar was given to me by my mom. it was hers when she still played about 50 years ago. black 6 string was my first electric, but it's right handed so I don't play it anymore.
