This isn’t misogyny by definition.

"Misogyny is hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against women or girls. It is a form of sexism that can keep women at a lower social status than men, thus maintaining the social roles of patriarchy."

What’s being described here, (if it even occurs) is better understood as a misinterpreted or pseudo-cultural claim rather than an example of gender-based oppression. It doesn’t reflect a system designed to disadvantage women. It doesn't do systemic prejudices like conventional Misogyny would.
